EuroChem has implemented a centralized digital document management system for its legal department. The project is based on the FileMaster software, which was developed by the Russian technology company KKMP Tech.

The new platform enables centralized storage, streamlined information retrieval, and collaborative work for legal teams supporting the company’s domestic and international operations. The system allows users to track document history and includes role-based access control to protect confidential data.

The implementation process took two months. The software was adapted to meet EuroChem’s specific IT infrastructure requirements and security standards, including deployment within a closed digital perimeter. Several platform functions were customized to align with the legal department's business processes.

According to Ivan Vereshchagin, head of legal development and support at EuroChem, the system reduces time spent on administrative tasks and document searches. Sergey Polyanin, IT director at KKMP Tech, confirmed that the project involved ensuring data protection standards and isolating the digital environment.
