EQX Labs is launching 11 tokenized US stocks and ETFs on the Hyperliquid HyperCore order book. The list includes Apple, Nvidia, Microsoft, Amazon, Alphabet, Meta, Tesla, Micron, and SpaceX, as well as S&P 500 and Nasdaq 100 trackers.
The assets are issued by EQX SPC Ltd., a company based in the British Virgin Islands. Each token is backed one-to-one by shares held through custodians Alpaca, StoneX, and Clear Street, which are connected to the Depository Trust Company.
These tokens are HIP-1 assets traded against USDC. Holders own limited recourse debt instruments rather than direct equity. The platform enables 24/7 trading, automatic dividend reinvestment, and remote voting via wallet signatures.
EQX does not charge fees for issuing, redeeming, or holding tokens, relying instead on a share of Hyperliquid’s standard spot trading fees. The products are not available to US persons.
