Eltex has launched a multi-level industrial certification system for network engineers. The program allows specialists to verify their technical skills through exams that focus on practical tasks rather than mandatory training courses.
The system includes four proficiency levels and covers six key areas, including routing and switching, wireless networks, telephony, data centers, carrier networks, and information security.
Each certificate is assigned a unique identification number for verification on the Eltex Academy website. The certification is valid for three years, after which engineers must recertify to reflect updates in technology and equipment.
The initiative aims to provide employers and system integrators with a standardized method for assessing technical expertise. Since 2022, over 3,000 specialists have completed training programs at the Eltex Academy.
