Eltex has launched its new corporate communication platform, Elph NOVA, within its internal infrastructure. The system is currently undergoing comprehensive testing, with employees using it for daily operations, including video conferencing, messaging, and file sharing.

Elph NOVA replaces the previous Elph UC platform. The developers transitioned the client-side architecture from SIP to WebRTC to improve scalability and performance. The platform is compatible with Windows, Linux, macOS, Android, and iOS, as well as web browsers.

The current version supports conferences with up to 100 participants, screen sharing, meeting recordings, and digital whiteboards. Messaging features include group chats, channels, threads, and bot integration. The company plans to add a calendar feature in upcoming updates.

The platform integrates with Eltex ECSS-10 and SMG systems, with future support planned for third-party IP-PBX solutions. Elph NOVA is currently available for open testing by external customers, allowing the company to gather feedback.

Eltex is actively developing AI features for the platform. Automated transcription for voice messages in chats is expected soon, followed by the transcription of recorded conferences by the end of the year. Further AI tools are planned for future releases.
