Eltex has launched a new smart home product line based on the Matter over Thread standard. The ecosystem includes the SH-131 hub and six specialized sensors designed for climate control, security, and home automation tasks.
The new hardware lineup features the ST-MCT door and window sensor, ST-SBR wireless switch, ST-SMK smoke detector, ST-AIR-HT01 temperature and humidity sensor, ST-PIR motion and light sensor, and the ST-WLK leak detector.
The SH-131 hub serves as the central control unit, supporting Matter over Thread, Matter over Wi-Fi, Zigbee, and native Eltex Wi-Fi devices. It allows for up to 80 connected devices, with a limit of 20 per protocol.
The hub includes an integrated infrared remote control for managing appliances like air conditioners and TVs. Additionally, the company introduced the SH-131 PRO model, which offers local control capabilities alongside standard connectivity features.
Eltex manages both software development and hardware manufacturing in Novosibirsk. The entire product range is currently available through the company's official website and various Russian online marketplaces.
