Efsol has completed an emergency migration of a high-load Kubernetes platform following the failure of two out of three data centers. The project required restoring a full cloud-native ecosystem, including production environments, development tools, and CI/CD pipelines.

The migration involved redeploying three independent Kubernetes clusters, MySQL databases, GitLab Container Registry, and S3 object storage. The team also restored CDN services and additional platform components to ensure continuous operation.

The platform is now hosted in Efsol's cloud infrastructure located in Moscow. The company also maintains a facility in Vladivostok, which allows for geographically distributed architectures and additional service redundancy.

Project manager Denis Pakhomov noted that the migration was necessary to maintain business continuity. The new infrastructure supports further scaling and the implementation of geo-distributed setups to mitigate risks of future site failures.
