Edifier has launched the NeoBuds Pro 5 30th Anniversary Edition, priced at ¥1169. The release is limited to 3000 individually numbered units, each including a commemorative badge and card.
The audio architecture features a hybrid setup with one dynamic driver and two Knowles balanced armature drivers, utilizing a three-way crossover. It supports LHDC 192 and LDAC codecs, achieving 192kHz/24bit sampling, and holds Hi-Res Wireless and HWA certifications.
The device includes Dolby Atmos with head-tracking technology. For noise cancellation, it uses the proprietary WIDE-BAND MULTI-CHANNEL ANC system, offering a depth of -53dB and a width of 5kHz. The microphone system combines three mics with bone conduction and AI processing to filter noise at wind speeds up to 32km/h.
Total battery life reaches 46 hours with the charging case when noise cancellation is off, or 25 hours when enabled. A 15-minute quick charge provides approximately 3.5 hours of playback.
