ECM-Consulting and Sharx DC have confirmed the full technical compatibility of their respective software solutions, M1:Archive and Sharx Base. The integration allows for the deployment of M1:Archive across multiple geographically distributed data centers, leveraging Sharx Base for resource management and network connectivity.
The joint solution provides linear scalability, enabling capacity expansion as data volumes grow. Sharx Base handles load distribution at the hypervisor and software-defined storage levels. Both products are included in the Unified Register of Russian Software: M1:Archive under number 11091 and Sharx Base under number 4445.
The partnership also enables multi-tier data storage, building upon previous compatibility between M1:Archive and Sharx Storage. This allows organizations to move infrequently accessed documents to cost-effective media while keeping active data on high-performance drives. The solution is now available for pilot and production use.
