The InfinaKore guitar controller, developed by the California-based company Drakong, a division of HyperKin, introduces a modular design. Users can 3D print custom body and head shapes, sizes, and colors for the device, utilizing either their own designs or those shared by the community.
The hardware features a hybrid switch configuration. The top frets are equipped with hot-swappable low-profile Kailh Choc switches, while the bottom frets utilize membrane switches. The strum-bar and whammy-bar incorporate hall-effect sensors to reduce mechanical wear.
The controller includes a foldable neck for storage and transportation. Its input system features a D-pad style fret layout, tri-mode connectivity, and a 4-mode slider switch. Users can activate power-up modes via tilt functionality or a dedicated button, with all buttons being fully mappable.
The device is designed to support the upcoming rhythm game Stage Tour, which is scheduled for release later this year.
