DOM.RF has been recognized with two awards at the Russian Employee Experience Awards 2026. The company received honors for its achievements in digital employee experience, internal communications, and HR technology.
The first award, in the 'Best KEDO Implementation' category, was granted for a joint project with HRlink. This initiative transitioned the group's personnel processes to an electronic format and integrated the solution into the company's existing IT infrastructure.
The second accolade, 'Best HR Tech Team,' recognized the development of a comprehensive HR IT ecosystem. This environment integrates various tools, including KEDO, HR analytics, the HR portal, DOM24, Potok, iSpring, and HT-Lab, to support employees throughout their lifecycle.
