Nikolay Kozak, Managing Director at DOM.RF, stated that the platform economy requires unified data standards and equal access for all market participants. Speaking at the FINTECH X10 forum, he emphasized that data management must follow transparent rules to prevent monopolization and ensure fair competition.

The current market landscape is fragmented, forcing users to navigate multiple platforms for housing searches, mortgage calculations, and deal execution. To address this, DOM.RF is developing a marketplace on its portal, which will integrate a digital financial broker to streamline the customer journey and secure transactions.

DOM.RF has introduced a unique identifier for new construction projects to mitigate data inconsistency issues. This code allows users to verify property characteristics directly from the source. The company advocates for broader use of common identifiers to reduce manual data verification and improve transparency.

Kozak highlighted the importance of the Digital Profile system within the Gosuslugi infrastructure. He proposed launching a Digital Profile for legal entities to allow developers and banks to reuse verified data. This initiative aims to reduce operational costs, minimize errors, and foster equal access to the platform economy.
