DJI has unveiled the Power Auro 2000 Elite, a portable power station with a 2 kWh capacity and a price tag of $715. The new model features a LiFePO4 battery, which retains over 80% of its capacity after 4,000 charge and discharge cycles. The device is 24% more compact and 14% lighter than its predecessor, the DJI Power 2000.

The station delivers a continuous output of 2,000 W and supports peak loads up to 2,200 W. DJI has optimized energy efficiency for loads between 100 W and 400 W to extend runtime. The unit functions as an uninterruptible power supply, switching to battery power in 0.01 seconds during outages, and operates at a noise level of 30 dB under light loads.

Charging capabilities include a 2,000 W input from AC mains, reaching 80% charge in 60 minutes and a full charge in 75 minutes. For off-grid use, the station features a 600 W car charging module and a 600 W MPPT controller for solar panels. Dual SDC ports allow for a combined input of 1,200 W, enabling a full charge in approximately 2.7 hours.

The design includes a retractable, replaceable 140 W USB-C cable supporting the USB PD 3.1 standard. All ports are consolidated on one side of the housing. The LiFePO4 cells have undergone puncture testing to ensure safety, making the device suitable for both outdoor use and indoor environments.
