The retail chain Dixy, part of the Magnit group, has completed the deployment of its proprietary DixyStaff digital platform across all its store locations. The system is designed to manage daily operational and administrative tasks through a mobile application for staff.

Originally developed by the internal technology team, the solution began as an inventory management tool for data collection terminals. Over the past few years, the platform has expanded to include product cycle management, such as receiving, returns, and stock transfers, alongside task management and internal communication tools.

Starting in 2025, Dixy began integrating mobile workplace features into the application. These tools provide store managers with analytics and an assistant dashboard that highlights priority issues, including pending deliveries, stock shortages, and cash register operations.

According to Igor Tsvigun, CIO of Dixy, the company intends to evolve the platform into a scalable foundation for a comprehensive mobile assistant for store management. The system currently supports core processes ranging from price control and inventory accounting to staff services.
