The 1C company maintains an open directory of its franchisees, which includes 5,264 entries. However, the company's website also cites figures of over 8,000 partners and 8,500 organizations, indicating that different metrics are used for these counts.

Data extraction from the 1C partner portal revealed inconsistencies, such as a map containing 4,985 points and a table listing 5,264 entries. Furthermore, 279 entries present in the table are missing from the map, and regional filters for non-Russian countries do not display data on the map.

Linking these franchisees to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (EGRUL) is difficult because the 1C list lacks tax identification numbers (INN). A sample analysis of 150 names showed that only 75 could be definitively matched to a single active legal entity.

The matching process is complicated by naming discrepancies, such as the use of prefixes like '1C:Franchising' in the directory that are absent in official registrations, as well as the use of Latin characters in names. Additionally, 137 names appear in multiple cities, suggesting they are distinct entities rather than branches.

The analysis of the 75 successfully matched entities indicates that most have been registered for over a decade, with a median registration year of 2011. Only 8 of these firms were registered from 2020 onwards, suggesting a mature partner network.
