Diasoft has introduced an AI-powered secretary agent within its Digital Q.Agents platform. The tool joins online meetings in real-time, transcribing speech, responding to voice commands, and interacting via conference chats.

Unlike standard transcription services, the agent processes data during the meeting. It identifies tasks, decisions, risks, and open questions while assigning responsibilities and linking conclusions to specific speaker quotes.

The system records each participant on a separate audio track to analyze speech duration and interaction patterns. It also utilizes a domain-specific dictionary for corporate terminology, which can be updated via user feedback or external documentation.

The platform supports versioning for meeting analysis, allowing users to compare results after modifying prompts or language models. The architecture is based on a multi-agent process, supporting REST, Kafka, and OpenAI-compatible APIs.

Designed for corporate environments, the platform allows on-premise deployment and local model usage to keep sensitive data within the organization. AI Gateway manages token consumption and request prioritization.
