Desnol, the developer of the 1C:TOIR ecosystem, reported a 67% increase in demand for training programs between June and August 2026 compared to the January–May period. The company analyzed requests from industrial enterprises regarding their maintenance and repair operations.
Methodological training accounts for 62.5% of the total demand, while practical training in the 1C:TOIR KORP system makes up 37.5%. Within the methodological category, the course on Root Cause Analysis (RCA) leads with 70% of interest, followed by Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) and the TOIR Reboot program at 15% each.
The shift toward methodological expertise is driven by industry challenges. According to the Desnol study, 57% of companies face labor shortages, and 52% plan to increase production loads over the next two years. Furthermore, 30% of respondents identified high rates of emergency repairs as a primary operational issue.
The company offers a range of courses tailored to different needs. The TOIR Optimal stream is designed for system adaptation, while RCM, RCA, and TOIR Reboot programs focus on advanced asset reliability. These initiatives aim to transition maintenance teams from intuitive decision-making to data-driven management.
