A Reddit user known as Old-Mate-Fetus has built a custom PC featuring a unique aesthetic inspired by Victorian-era machinery. The system is constructed using a dark wood base with brass fasteners, replacing a standard computer chassis.
The build is powered by an AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D processor and a Gigabyte Radeon RX 9070 XT Gaming OC graphics card. It includes 32 GB of Klevv DDR5-6000 CL28 RAM and is supported by a Gigabyte Aorus Elite B650M Wi-Fi motherboard.
The cooling system is a custom liquid loop utilizing copper piping with soldered joints. It features an Alphacool water block for the GPU, a Heatkiller IV block for the CPU, and an Alphacool DDC pump housed in a custom-made casing.
A standout component is the coolant reservoir, which the creator fashioned from a vintage Primus gasoline blowtorch. The setup also includes a large top-mounted radiator cooled by industrial 120mm Noctua fans.
Power is supplied by a hidden 850W Corsair SFX unit, with all power cables custom-fabricated for the build. The entire assembly combines modern high-performance hardware with antique-style industrial design elements.
