Curator, a Russian developer specializing in network security and DDoS protection, has implemented a new HR document management system. The project was carried out in partnership with Korus Consulting to digitize internal workflows.
The company adopted the ELMA365 KEDO platform to centralize personnel operations. Previously, tasks such as vacation requests and business travel arrangements were handled manually across multiple systems, causing inefficiencies for the HR department.
To accelerate the deployment, the project teams developed the vacation and business travel modules in parallel. This approach helped avoid downtime and streamlined the transition to a unified digital environment.
Following the implementation, Curator plans to further expand the system's capabilities by automating the approval processes for business travel budgets. The current setup allows for flexible HR logic that adapts to the company's growth.
