The cryptocurrency market experienced a significant daily rally following comments from Federal Reserve Governor Christopher Waller. He indicated a potential willingness to maintain steady interest rates if inflation data continues to show improvement. This sentiment triggered a broad market recovery, with Bitcoin surpassing the $81,100 mark after reclaiming the $80,000 level.

Market activity saw over 119,000 traders liquidated for a total exceeding $500 million. Meanwhile, Bitcoin ETFs recorded net inflows of $731 million, marking the highest daily intake since January. Major assets followed Bitcoin's lead: XRP rose by 7.8%, BNB and Solana each gained roughly 5%, and Ethereum reached $2,497 with a 4.7% increase.

Altcoins and riskier assets showed notable volatility, with Zcash jumping 18% to reach a new all-time high of $1,000. Other tokens like PONS saw a 56% surge, while Lighter, Ethena, Arbitrum, and SPX6900 posted gains between 12% and 16.8%.

Despite the rally, market uncertainty remains as the probability of a rate hike stands at 50.4%. Investors are now awaiting the August jobs report, which serves as the final major economic indicator before the Federal Reserve meeting scheduled for September 15–16. The outcome of this report is expected to influence market direction in the coming weeks.
