Spot ETFs for Bitcoin and Ethereum saw a combined outflow of $592 million on September 15. This decline occurred following the failure of the CLARITY Act to advance in the US Senate, which negatively impacted asset prices.

Ethereum funds recorded their largest daily outflow since January 30, losing $141.47 million. This follows a four-week period of inflows that reached $1.94 billion. Bitcoin products saw $450.33 million in outflows, marking the worst session since June 25.

Trading volume for Bitcoin products reached $4.35 billion, significantly higher than the 30-day average of $2.74 billion. Ethereum trading volume also more than doubled its baseline during the same period.

Altcoin funds showed mixed results, with a combined net outflow of $1.66 million. Hyperliquid funds lost $3.89 million, while Solana ETFs attracted $1.35 million. Tron, Dogecoin, and Hedera funds each added less than $500,000.

Despite the single-day losses, Bitcoin and Ethereum ETFs remain in positive territory for September with net gains of $17.1 million and $307.4 million respectively. Market participants are now awaiting the Federal Reserve's upcoming rate decision.
