Crusoe, a developer of data centers, has secured $3 billion in a new funding round. This investment brings the company's valuation to $30 billion. The round was co-led by Atreides Management and Valor Equity Partners, with additional backing from Mubadala Capital.

The company maintains a client base that includes major technology firms such as Meta, Microsoft, OpenAI, and Oracle. Recently, Crusoe finalized a five-year cloud infrastructure agreement with the quantitative trading firm Jane Street, valued at $13 billion.

This latest capital injection follows a previous funding round held in October 2025, where the company raised $1.38 billion at a valuation of $10 billion. Crusoe originally launched in 2018 as a crypto mining operation utilizing flared natural gas.

The business has since transitioned into a provider of AI infrastructure and hyperscale data centers. Reports indicate that Crusoe has engaged investment banks, including Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley, to explore the possibility of an initial public offering in the near future.
