Cricut has introduced two compact crafting machines, the StickerPix Print plus Cut and the StickerPix Print, designed for creating stickers and printing photos. These devices are among the smallest in the company's current product range, targeting users with limited workspace.
The StickerPix Print plus Cut model is priced starting at $299. It utilizes a dye-sublimation printing process for color reproduction and supports 4x7-inch sticker sheets and 4x6-inch photo paper. This machine includes a built-in lamination feature to protect prints from water, scratches, and fading.
The device performs kiss-cut operations, meaning it cuts only the top layer of the material while leaving the backing paper intact. This distinguishes it from other Cricut machines that offer die-cut capabilities, where the material is sliced completely through.
The smaller StickerPix Print model starts at $169. It lacks the cutting functionality of the larger version and prints directly onto pre-cut sticker sheets, including circle, square, and rectangle shapes. It also supports printing on 4x6-inch photo paper.
