Robinhood Chain, an Ethereum Layer 2 network built on Arbitrum Orbit technology, launched on July 1, 2026. The network operates under chain ID 4663 and utilizes ETH as its gas currency. Since its inception, the chain has processed hundreds of millions of transactions and recorded millions of unique addresses.

While the official explorer for the network is Blockscout, Etherscan has confirmed it does not provide support for the chain. In response, independent developers launched several community-built explorers under the RobinScan brand, including robinscan.io, robinscan.xyz, and robinscan.site, shortly after the network went live.

These community-led platforms offer read-only access to on-chain data and have introduced additional features, such as whale tracking and integrations with DeFi protocols. For instance, KyberSwap integration was added around July 30, 2026, followed by a DefiLlama listing for RobinScan activity on August 5, 2026.

The Robinhood Chain focuses on tokenized assets, including stocks and ETFs, and launched with partnerships with platforms like Uniswap. The underlying Arbitrum Orbit framework allows for lower transaction costs and higher throughput while maintaining Ethereum security and enabling customization for regulated assets.
