The Commercial Space Federation (CSF) has officially expanded its membership by adding ORBITInsure and Renaissance Strategic Advisors (RSA). ORBITInsure joins the organization as a Space Supply Chain member, focusing on the intersection of mission engineering and insurance.
ORBITInsure provides risk intelligence services by converting technical and operational mission data into insights for brokers, underwriters, and investors. CEO Robert Whearty stated that the company aims to improve the accessibility of risk transfer for space ventures.
Renaissance Strategic Advisors, founded in 2007, joins the federation as an Associate Member. The firm specializes in strategy and mergers and acquisitions within the aerospace, defense, and government sectors, and will participate in the Space Supply Chain Council.
Senior Partner Mikhail Grinberg noted that RSA plans to collaborate on industry economic challenges and provide data-driven insights to stakeholders. The firm intends to partner with CSF on research initiatives and industry events to support the commercial space sector.
The Commercial Space Federation was established in 2006 to advocate for the industry before the U.S. Congress and the Administration. It focuses on policy development and promoting the growth of the commercial space economy through its member network.
