Cohesity Inc. introduced Cohesity Agent Resilience at its Catalyst conference. The new capability allows enterprises to back up the memory and configuration of AI agents, enabling a rollback to a trusted state if errors occur. The service currently supports agents built on Amazon Web Services Bedrock, with plans to add support for Microsoft and Google platforms.
The company also announced a roadmap for Autonomous Cyber Resilience, which aims to automate its five-step cyber resilience framework using agentic workflows. A portion of this plan, allowing for the automatic protection of newly discovered sensitive data, is available now for users of Cohesity Data Cloud Enterprise Edition with Cohesity DSPM.
Cohesity plans to release Cohesity Maestro later this year, which will integrate protection and recovery functions with AI assistants like Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini. The company expects general availability for the Agent Resilience service by the end of the year, following a period of limited access for select customers.
To support these initiatives, Cohesity launched the AI Resilience Academy, offering a free course on AI agent risk. The company also published its fifth annual Global Cyber Resilience Report, which surveyed over 3,200 IT and security decision-makers across 11 countries, revealing that 69% of organizations experienced a material cyberattack in the past year.
