The 18th annual CNews FORUM is scheduled for November 12, 2026. The event serves as a platform for IT executives, business leaders, and government officials to discuss infrastructure projects and import substitution strategies.
More than 1,800 IT directors from Russian enterprises, government agencies, and ICT companies are expected to attend. The program includes a plenary session featuring global experts and industry representatives.
Participants will engage in live electronic voting to identify key technologies expected to influence digitalization in Russia. The forum will feature six thematic sections, including sessions on industrial digitalization, AI, and import substitution.
The import substitution section will focus on annual results and future potential. Speakers will address ongoing infrastructure projects, remaining gaps in software replacement, and methods for achieving economic efficiency.
