Cloud X has completed a major network infrastructure upgrade for En+ across four hydroelectric power facilities. The project focused on enhancing cybersecurity and resilience for critical infrastructure by separating IT and OT environments to prevent unauthorized lateral movement.
The implementation involved a full cycle of services, including auditing, architectural design, and system commissioning. Specialists introduced micro and macro-segmentation, migrated users to a secure Active Directory domain, and enforced the 802.1X standard for device authentication.
Engineers prioritized the continuity of technological processes throughout the migration. The team utilized phased switching and rollback plans to ensure that the deployment of new security policies did not disrupt automated control systems or other critical operations.
The new architecture provides centralized account management and granular control over inter-segment traffic. These measures aim to simplify regulatory reporting, reduce administrative overhead, and ensure compliance with national requirements for critical information infrastructure.
