Cloud.ru has successfully closed the order book for its second series of exchange-traded bonds, totaling 20 ₽ billion. The bonds feature a floating coupon rate set at the Central Bank key rate plus 1.6 percentage points, with a maturity period of 2.5 years. Coupon payments are scheduled to occur every 30 days.
Investor demand during the book-building process exceeded the initial target of 10 ₽ billion by more than three times, reaching approximately 30 ₽ billion. This high demand allowed the company to increase the total placement volume to 20 ₽ billion and reduce the final coupon rate by 40 basis points. The offering was completed via open subscription on October 8, 2026.
The company maintains credit ratings of AA+(RU) from ACRA and ruAA+ from Expert RA, both with stable outlooks. According to CEO Mikhail Lobotsky, the issuance attracted a diverse range of participants, including institutional investors, banks, insurance companies, pension funds, and retail investors. Trading is scheduled to commence on October 13, 2026.
Financial results for the first half of 2026 show total revenue of 37.6 ₽ billion, representing a 2% year-over-year increase. The company reported an EBITDA of 27.5 ₽ billion with a 73% margin, while net profit reached 6 ₽ billion with a 16% margin. As of June 30, 2026, the net debt to EBITDA LTM ratio stood at 0.35x.
