The Clicks Communicator smartphone, featuring a physical QWERTY keyboard and Android OS, is scheduled for release in December 2026. Ahead of the launch, the company increased the RAM from 8 GB to 12 GB and upgraded the battery capacity to 4350 mAh. The device will be available in three colors: Smoke, Onyx, and Clover, with 12 swappable back panel options.
Clicks opted for traditional lithium-ion batteries over silicon-carbon alternatives due to high failure rates during testing. The battery is rated for over 800 charge cycles. The phone includes a nano-SIM slot and supports eSIM via the Clicks Mobile service for users in the US and UK, which offers two months of free connectivity.
The company partnered with Dbrand to offer accessories, including a $39 protective case and a $34.95 screen protector kit. A two-year Clicks Care extended warranty program will be available for $129.99, covering accidental damage with a $49 deductible for replacements.
Early bird pricing for the Communicator is set at $500 for orders placed before October 1, 2026. Following this date, the recommended retail price will rise to $650. The device is specifically designed for users who prioritize text-heavy tasks and frequent messaging.
