Citi analysts revised their 12-month price targets for major cryptocurrencies on September 30, 2026. The target for Bitcoin was increased to $113,000 from $82,000, while the Ether target was raised to $3,028 from $2,240. These adjustments follow a three-month period where Bitcoin rose by approximately 40% and Ether by 68%.

The bank attributes this outlook to recovering market prices and a slightly improved regulatory environment, despite the failure of the Clarity Act in the Senate. US spot crypto ETFs recorded net inflows of $800 million by late September. Citi projects that additional inflows from brokerages and advisors could reach $5 billion over the next 12 months.

Citi maintains a Neutral rating on Galaxy Digital, with a price target of $26, reduced from $28 in August 2026. The bank expects the company to benefit from increased market activity across its trading, asset management, and infrastructure business lines. This stance remains more conservative than the broader analyst consensus, which currently sits at Moderate Buy.
