Circle has added the privacy-focused AI platform Venice.ai to its Agent Marketplace. This integration allows autonomous AI agents to access Venice’s suite of services, including image and video generation, using over 200 AI models without requiring user accounts or API keys.
The Circle Agent Marketplace, launched on May 11, 2026, has expanded its offerings from over 600 to more than 900 services across 15 blockchains. The platform utilizes the x402 protocol to facilitate gasless nanopayments in USDC on networks such as Base and Solana.
Venice.ai, founded in 2024 by Erik Voorhees, processes over 1 million API calls daily. The platform ensures data privacy through client-side encryption. In July 2026, the company raised $65 million in a Series A funding round, reaching a valuation of $1 billion.
The integration enables Venice to reach a new customer base of autonomous agents. By replacing traditional billing systems with programmatic USDC transactions, the marketplace allows agents to discover and purchase services independently.
