Chevrolet has announced updated pricing for the 2027 Silverado HD lineup, which includes base price increases ranging from $1,000 to $1,500 across various trim levels. The company confirmed these adjustments in an official email on October 6, noting that the hikes apply to the WT, Custom, LT, LTZ, ZR2, and High Country models.

The WT, Custom, and LT trims see a flat increase of $1,000. Meanwhile, the LTZ trim rises by $1,300, the ZR2 by $1,400, and the High Country by $1,500. These figures exclude the mandatory $2,795 destination charge, which is applied to all configurations.

A significant factor in the total price increase is the new 8.3-liter L6P Duramax V8 diesel engine. This option is now priced at $11,400, which is $1,500 more than the previous 6.6-liter engine. The new diesel unit delivers 555 horsepower and 1,230 pound-feet of torque.

When combining the base price adjustments with the new diesel engine option, the total cost for a 2027 Silverado HD can increase by as much as $2,900. For instance, a WT trim equipped with the diesel engine and destination fee now starts at $61,395, while a High Country model reaches $89,595.
