Chase has introduced a new feature called Invest Your Points, allowing eligible cardholders to convert their rewards into cash for investment purposes. This initiative integrates the bank's Ultimate Rewards program with J.P. Morgan Wealth Management services.

Customers can use their points to fund a J.P. Morgan Self-Directed Investing account or collaborate with a bank advisor to manage assets in a taxable investment account. The option is available to users of Chase Freedom, Chase Ink, and Chase Sapphire credit cards.

This update adds to existing redemption methods, which include travel bookings, cash back, statement credits, and gift cards. Users retain the ability to choose investment strategies aligned with their personal financial goals and risk tolerance.

The move follows industry research indicating that rewards programs are a primary driver for consumer loyalty. Data shows that 38 percent of consumers who switched credit cards did so specifically to access better rewards offerings.
