Sergey Nazarov, co-founder of Chainlink, will join a panel at the 10th Annual Fintech Conference hosted by the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia. The event is scheduled for September 24-25, 2026.
Nazarov will share the stage with representatives from BlackRock and Vanguard. The discussion, moderated by Josh Lipsky of the Atlantic Council, will also include a participant from Sharplink.
The panel will address how new regulatory frameworks impact digital assets, specifically focusing on stablecoins and tokenized deposits. Nazarov previously spoke at the bank's 2025 conference regarding blockchain integration.
The Federal Reserve is currently considering the implementation of skinny master accounts. This mechanism aims to provide eligible stablecoin issuers and crypto firms with direct access to payment systems.
