On September 16, Bitcoin and Ethereum spot ETFs recorded combined net outflows of $520 million. Bitcoin ETFs saw $295.98 million in outflows, primarily driven by BlackRock’s IBIT, while Ethereum ETFs experienced $224.11 million in outflows.

During the same period, XRP and Solana ETFs attracted fresh capital. XRP ETFs received $3.50 million in net inflows, largely through the Franklin Templeton product, while Solana ETFs saw inflows of approximately $837,000.

The outflows coincided with the Federal Reserve raising interest rates by 25 basis points, establishing a target range of 3.75% to 4.00%. This policy shift prompted institutional investors to recalibrate their risk exposure regarding the largest crypto assets.

Cumulative data shows Bitcoin ETFs have reached $54.57 billion in net inflows with $95.19 billion in total assets. Ethereum ETFs hold $15.16 billion in assets, while XRP and Solana ETFs manage $1.40 billion and $1.38 billion in assets, respectively.
