European bitcoin treasury firm Capital B has acquired 376 BTC for €25.3 million, marking its largest purchase of 2026. This transaction brings the company's total holdings to 3,521 bitcoins, currently valued at over $277 million. Following this move, Capital B is now ranked as the 25th largest publicly traded bitcoin treasury globally.

The company's recent activity follows a €7.6 million investment from Blockstream CEO Adam Back, announced last week. In August, Capital B also secured €21 million through a private placement supported by Back and the asset manager TOBAM. These funds are part of a broader strategy to expand the firm's bitcoin reserves.

Capital B has set a long-term goal to accumulate 210,000 bitcoins, aiming to hold 1% of the total bitcoin supply by 2033. The firm, which describes itself as Europe's first bitcoin treasury company, built the majority of its current position through capital raises conducted during the first half of 2026, including a May acquisition of 192 coins for €13 million.
