Bose has unveiled a special edition of its QuietComfort Ultra II noise-canceling headphones, created in collaboration with American fashion designer Thom Browne. The product features a distinct aesthetic and premium material upgrades compared to the standard model.

The primary design change involves replacing the standard synthetic leather ear cushions and headband padding with cashmere. According to the company, this material choice is intended to evoke the warmth of winter earmuffs. The exterior of the ear cups and the carrying case are decorated with a signature red, white, and blue striped pattern.

To assist with orientation, the left ear cup features four white stripes, distinguishing it from the right side. Despite the design overhaul, the technical specifications remain identical to the base version of the headphones.

The device continues to support CustomTune sound calibration and immersive audio technology. It offers a battery life of up to 30 hours and remains compatible with the Bose mobile application and USB-C wired connectivity. The headphones are scheduled to begin shipping tomorrow.
