Bose has unveiled the second generation of its Ultra Open Earbuds, which feature a refreshed design with a beveled finish on the metal caps. The updated model includes a new driver capable of higher volume and deeper bass, alongside a Cinema Mode powered by TrueSpatial technology. The battery life has been extended to nine hours on a single charge, with the new upright-standing case providing an additional 19.5 hours of playback.

The company also introduced the Bose Sport Open Earbuds, a more affordable option designed for physical activity. These earbuds feature a thinner cuff with a soft silicone matte finish for improved grip and textured buttons for easier operation during exercise. The Sport model offers up to seven hours of playback, with the included wireless charging case providing an extra 22 hours of battery life.

Both models will be available for preorder starting September 19, with retail availability beginning October 1. The Ultra Open Earbuds (2nd Gen) are priced at $299 and come in black, white smoke, cherry chocolate, olive green, and sky pink. The Sport Open Earbuds cost $199 and are offered in black, white smoke, and eucalyptus green.
