The BMW M Vision concept car made its debut in China during the 2026 BMW M Festival. This vehicle represents a new chapter for the M brand as it transitions toward high-performance electric mobility.

The concept car features the BMW M eDrive system, which utilizes four electric motors to drive each wheel independently. The setup is integrated with the M Dynamic Performance Control and the M Heart of Joy system for precise handling.

The vehicle is built on an 800-volt architecture and uses sixth-generation cylindrical battery cells. This design is intended to balance sustained power output, charging efficiency, and overall structural rigidity.

Additionally, BMW released new images of the upcoming electric M3 on October 5. While the vehicle remains camouflaged, the images provide a clear look at the design direction for the future model.

The electric M3 is scheduled for an official unveiling in 2027, with production set to begin at the Munich plant in the same year. BMW aims to deliver the first units to customers by the end of 2027.
