BMW is marking the 100th anniversary of the Nürburgring with a special edition series covering nine models. The automotive lineup includes the M2, M3 Sedan, M3 Touring, M4 Coupe, M5 Sedan, and M5 Touring, while the motorcycle division adds the M 1000 RR, M 1000 R, and M 1000 XR.

Each motorcycle is limited to 100 units globally, though BMW has not yet disclosed production figures for the cars. The vehicles feature unique styling, including Nürburgring Green or Black Sapphire Metallic paint, anniversary graphics, and a logo commemorating the circuit since 1927.

The M2, M3, and M4 models for the European market feature an updated 3.0-liter inline-six engine with pre-chamber ignition to comply with Euro 7 standards. Meanwhile, the M5 sedan and wagon retain a 717 hp hybrid output, though their 4.4-liter V8 engine power has been reduced to 536 hp.

Interior updates include black themes with green and white stitching, along with specific M steering wheels. Orders for the M3 and M5 anniversary models open in Europe this month, with the M2 edition scheduled to follow in January 2027.
