BMW has unveiled a new series of limited-edition vehicles and motorcycles to commemorate the upcoming 100th anniversary of the Nürburgring circuit in 2027. The collection includes special versions of the M2, M3, M4, and M5 models, alongside the M 1000 R, M 1000 RR, and M 1000 XR motorcycles.
The automotive lineup features the M2, M3 Sedan, M3 Touring, M4 Coupe, M5 Sedan, and M5 Touring. These vehicles are available in Nürburgring Green or Black Sapphire paint. Exterior details include '100 Years' and 'Nürburgring since 1927' badging, racing stripes, and specific green accents on wheels or grilles.
The M2, M3, and M4 models are equipped with the updated M Ignite six-cylinder engine, which utilizes a pre-chamber ignition system to meet Euro 7 emission standards. Interiors across the range feature black finishes with contrasting green and white stitching.
BMW Motorrad will produce 100 units of each of the three special-edition motorcycle models. These bikes come with the M Track Package, carbon fiber wheels, and fuel tanks decorated with the circuit outline. Pricing and total production numbers for the cars remain undisclosed.
