Bloomberg has integrated a new stablecoin dashboard into its Terminal, providing financial professionals with real-time onchain data. The tool, developed in collaboration with the blockchain analytics platform Allium, tracks key metrics including supply, issuance, and transaction activity across various networks.

The dashboard monitors stablecoins with a circulating supply exceeding $100 million, which accounts for over 98% of the total market. Users can analyze data by minting and burning events, transfer volumes, and velocity, with breakdowns available by specific blockchain networks and peg types, such as fiat currencies or commodities.

Accessible via the RWAS function, the dashboard integrates onchain metrics with Bloomberg’s existing tools for fixed-income, foreign exchange, and money markets. This launch follows the growth of the stablecoin sector, which has seen its total market capitalization surpass $306 billion, with Tether’s USDT holding approximately 60% of the market share.

Bloomberg has expanded its digital asset offerings over the last decade, having introduced Bitcoin pricing in 2014. The platform currently provides reference data, identifiers, benchmarks, and pricing for 50 different cryptocurrencies, serving a client base that includes asset managers, banks, and other financial institutions.
