Bitrix24 has updated its HR electronic document management service (KEDO), introducing features for document organization, group management, and storage. The update enables companies to launch legal electronic document workflows in minutes without requiring API keys or technical support.

The platform now includes a free integration with Gosklyuch, a mobile application from the Russian Ministry of Digital Development. This allows employees to obtain an enhanced non-qualified electronic signature (UNEP) and sign HR documents directly from their smartphones.

The Company Safe storage feature now supports folder creation, renaming, and deletion, allowing HR specialists to organize files into a structured archive. Users can also export the full list of documents from the storage to Excel with a single click for reporting and analysis.

New group management tools allow HR managers to pin groups for quick access, initiate signing processes based on templates, and send messages to group members. These features aim to streamline workflows by allowing managers to communicate and manage documents without switching tabs.
