Centralized cryptocurrency exchange Bitget has resumed Bitcoin withdrawals following a temporary suspension caused by a security incident. The platform confirmed that user balances were not impacted during the pause, and deposit services remained operational throughout the event.
Data from CryptoQuant indicates that users withdrew 3,326 BTC within the first hour after the service was restored. The exchange is currently executing a phased reopening strategy, prioritizing Bitcoin before enabling withdrawals for other digital assets later this week.
