Bitfinex Securities has launched capital raises for two tokenized funds managed by CMCC Global: the Crest Fund and the Liberty Bitcoin Accumulation Fund (LBAF). Both products utilize the Hadron platform by Tether for tokenization and are the first funds of funds issued under the digital asset framework of El Salvador.

The Crest Fund, launched in March 2022, is denominated in USD and aims for returns exceeding US Treasury bill yields. The LBAF, launched in April 2025, targets net annualized returns of 8% to 12% measured in Bitcoin. Both funds employ quantitative, market-neutral strategies, including arbitrage and market making.

Tokens for Crest are priced at $10, while LBAF tokens are set at 0.0001 BTC. The minimum investment is one token. Subscriptions are open until October 29, with secondary trading planned after the raises conclude. Investors benefit from a six-month period with reduced performance fees and waived redemption fees.

The funds are structured as segregated portfolios of CMCC Global SPC in the Cayman Islands. Bitfinex Securities currently lists over $500 million in assets. The platform recently completed a $50 million capital raise for Alkemya Metacore, marking its largest offering to date.
