US spot Bitcoin ETFs recorded approximately $3 billion in net inflows between September 17 and September 25, 2026. This surge effectively eliminated the year-to-date deficit, which had reached $5.8 billion by mid-July, turning it into a net positive of about $934 million by late September.

The peak week of this period saw $2.4 billion in net inflows, the highest weekly total since October 2025. BlackRock’s IBIT led the market with $1.2 billion, followed by Fidelity’s FBTC with $702 million and ARK 21Shares’ ARKB with $295 million. On September 21, 2026, daily inflows reached nearly $999 million.

During this buying period, Bitcoin traded between $82,000 and $87,000. The third quarter of 2026 saw a total of $6.34 billion in inflows. By early October 2026, cumulative net inflows since the January 2024 launch reached $57–58 billion, with total assets under management between $105–110 billion.

The trend shifted in early October 2026 as net outflows resumed, including a $244 million exit on October 8. Market observers are now monitoring whether these outflows represent a temporary pause or a reversal of the institutional interest observed during the September rally.
