On-chain signals have confirmed the start of a new Bitcoin bull market, according to the latest weekly report from analytics platform CryptoQuant. Analysts note that the path from the current spot price of $86,000 toward the $90,000 level is largely clear of major obstacles.

The $90,000 mark represents the next significant resistance level. CryptoQuant data indicates that the realized price for BTC held for one to three months is $64,300, with the upper profit-taking band set at $90,300. Reaching this zone may trigger increased selling pressure from traders.

CryptoQuant CEO Ki Young Ju stated that future price cycles will likely be less extreme due to the shift toward institutional ownership. During the 2026 bear market, the market value to realized value ratio remained above 1, suggesting that investors stayed in aggregate profit throughout the period.

Technical indicators, including the MVRV ratio crossing above its 365-day moving average, support the bullish outlook. This specific signal historically marked the end of previous bear markets in 2018 and 2022.

Institutional demand remains strong, with US spot Bitcoin ETFs recording net inflows of $1.7 billion during the first two days of the week. Data from Farside Investors shows that Monday alone saw inflows of $999 million, the highest single-day total since October 2025.
