The Bureau of Digital Projects has launched the Binrobi platform, transitioning the project to commercial operations. The company has begun distributing a limited number of devices to initial users who participate in a value exchange model, receiving services in return for their attention to advertisements.

Binrobi integrates advertising directly into the device's operating system, offering placements on the lock screen, home screen, and within the app gallery. The platform provides full-screen formats and contextual notifications, with all metrics tracked at the firmware level to prevent fraud and eliminate third-party aggregators.

Advertisers from the e-commerce, retail, fintech, and telecom sectors have signed contracts to test the platform's inventory. These partners gain access to first-party data and behavioral scenarios to improve communication accuracy. The platform also includes the RuStore app store, which features over 110,000 applications from developers across 70 countries.

According to Binrobi CEO Alexander Moiseev, the platform aims to build a measurable ecosystem for direct interaction between brands and consumers. Chief Marketing Director Olesya Karakashyan noted that the model allows users to access devices and digital environments without direct financial costs by accepting brand participation.
