BingX EU, a subsidiary operating as MEGE zweite GmbH, has obtained a license under the Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCAR) from the Austrian Financial Market Authority (FMA). This regulatory approval allows the platform to provide compliant digital asset services throughout the 29 countries of the European Economic Area.

The authorization enables BingX EU to offer a range of regulated broker services, including crypto custody and exchange operations. The company plans to leverage this framework to serve both retail and institutional clients while adhering to European standards for market integrity and investor protection.

Headquartered in Vienna, the entity will continue to coordinate with the Austrian FMA and other regional regulators to facilitate the rollout of its services. This move is part of the broader strategy of the parent company, BingX, which was founded in 2018 and currently reports a global user base of over 40 million people.
