Binance currently holds over 71.58 million UNI tokens, marking the highest volume of the asset on the exchange in six months. This figure represents an 18–19% increase in custody compared to previous snapshots from 2026, which showed holdings near 60 million tokens.

For the week ending September 22, net daily inflows to the platform averaged 951,249 UNI. Significant activity occurred on September 18 and September 22, with net deposits of 2.60 million UNI and 1.89 million UNI, respectively.

The price of the Uniswap governance token reached $10.209 on September 22, a six-month peak and a 108% increase from its quarterly baseline. Average daily trading volume for the asset rose to $18.8 million, up 162% from the quarterly mean.

Network metrics also showed growth, with active addresses reaching 4,217 and transaction volume increasing by 95% quarter-over-quarter. Analysts suggest this accumulation at Binance may signal a rise in sell-side liquidity.

Market observers link these movements to the Federal Reserve's decision on September 16 to cut interest rates by 50 basis points. The largest inflows to the exchange occurred within a week following this policy shift.
